Hey Dave 404, remember when we were at the FIAA in March, the presentation by Keith Fowler on those F-150 fires? We had one this morning and I was wondering if you think it would be possible for a fire to start after the vehicle has been fixed of that speed control problem. Just wondering if you've heard anything else or experienced anything in relation to these? I put a post in the investigation section as well, have a read and let me know what you think.

Sorry about the delay Mike - been on vacation. I am assuming that the F-150 you are talking about has been "fixed". I havent heard anything about the "fix" not working. Contact the Fire Commisioner - they may be better able to direct you to a tracking agency - as I am sure ford wont jump up and say it doesnt work.
Honestly have to say we havent had a vehicle fire that wasnt deliberate or easy to find the cause of lately.
Keep us posted!-I have learned people will forget what you said,
-People will forget what you did,
-But people will never forget how you made them feel!
