    Default Local running clubs causing scares?

    Anyone had to deal with? Being called out to investigate "strange powder"?The club uses baking flour to mark a trail...

    We had a couple of problems back during the Anthrax scare but we talked to the clubs and they started using a water based spray paint. Sucks in the rain but what are you going to do.
