I am looking to talk with people who work for small departments in the Tampa Bay Area say within 100 miles or so. Looking for paid departments that have 5 or less stations. Just would liek to chat about your benefits, pay , and stuff. I work for a small department and am trying to compare these things. Thanks

Look at Manatee County, 12 different Fire Departments, no county-wide department, and the largest department in our county is currently building their fifth station.
