Leaving NAGE

Anyone know how to get out of NAGE and have the IAFF become your Union??? I read that it has happened but what did some of the places do to get that done. I tried contacting those and am getting nowhere. Please help

I looked into it, and was told by IAFF that since NAGE is also AFL-CIO, they dont want to mess with us. I have heard that you can drop out of NAGE, and wait like a year and then you can join IAFF. Call the IAFF and get the number for the District VP for federal fire departments, and call him.
