through a little known law, Government Capital is able to fund vol fire dept buildings (finance new ones, or refinance old ones).
Our company has completely over 4000 transactions and fundings in every state. This is a tremendous service and saves tons of money for vol fire departments.
Anyone interested. I am new to this site.

Any financial institution can make an "essential community service" loan. And most will be eager to do so as meets their community lending requirements, if repayment is from tax receipts they are very sure of getting repaid, and the security (lein on the truck/equipment) is marketable.
Make sure your city attorney provides and letter/statement of "essential community service" to the bank for their files. You should save about 2 points on the interest rate and the loan is tax free for the bank (they pay no income taxes on the interest received).

Ahem...doesn't this posting violate the forum rules about posting blatantly commerical postings? If the rules apply to one, they should apply to all...
