If you sign or have a second language make sure you use it in your oral by speaking or signing a few words than translating for the panel.
Candidate wanted to test for Reno. He found out there is a fair size population of Russian speaking citizens. Since he grew up in a Russian speaking family he brushed up on his Russian. During his oral he said a few words in Russian and a panel member answered him in Russian. The panel member went further just to test his grasp of Russian. A couple of weeks later he gets a call from this same panel member offering him the conditional job offer in Russian.
