Default Goodbye to a good friend

Sad news around the extrication world of the passing of a good friend and extremely knowledgabe rescuer. Dick Otte was the grandfather figure at so many expos, trade shows, and extrication comps with the Power Hawk group. Always had a smile and a new joke. He will surely be missed, the man was a legand in my mind. Rest in peace my friend.

A man of much wisdom passed this way leaving behind many he touched with his love of helping others learn.. A great talent will be missed, he was always involved and knew the ins and outs of the rescue tool business. Rest in Peace.....

I also knew Dick from the Power Hawk arena, VERY VERY knowledgeable. Very instrumental in the efforts with the donation of all the Power Hawk tools during the world trade center and pentagon.

The world of extrication was greatly improved by his efforts. I learned more from Dick Otte than anyone can expect to learn from the "NAME" people of today that are so far behind the curve that it;s scary.

    Zmag, any specifics on arrangements?
