Question Paramedic and EMT Pay in FLorida

My department is going to be going ALS soon and we are trying to find out what the pay ranges are for departments in Florida. What I would like to see in responses is your department size, starting pay for a firefighter, firefighter/EMT, Firefighter/Paramedic, Paramedic, or any type of trainee your departments my have. If you want to add anything about step plans your department may have and what types of pay incentives you may have please feel free to do so. Thanks for your help.
Fail to plan. Plan to fail.
