I've always been proud of having been a firefighter, even though it was for only Approx. 2 years.
As a teenager I joined the navy and was assigned to a NAS fire Dept. Duties were crash rescue work and fighting fires on and off the base.
I went from the navy to the army, where I was an MP; then became a city police officer, forest Svc.arson Inv. then to the SFMO where I retired as chief Inv. of the state arson Div.
