I have to put together some basic requirements for the NYS HESC Scholarship for a member in our dept. - Anyone done this before? They say specific times the indidivudal needs to have volunteered for, specfic ages, and specific course load requirements - but as a department should we specify more criteria? Any opinions or anyone ever done this before?
