    Default Apparatus Housing Ceremony

    anyone have any info on the housing ceremony? Interested in history, what to do etc. We are getting the last new piece of 3 ordered (Ambulance, Engine, Quint) Thanks!

    I've seen departments do a wetdown, (spraying a new engine from the old one) and pushing the rig into quarters (the rig is running it just looks like you push it back in)
    Both nice photo ops and traditions.
    The wetting down is a Navy tradition for new officers, adapted for our use. The push in is because horses don't have reverse.
