    I took Willoughby's test 2 years ago. It was pretty discouraging seeing all of the Willoughby part-timers taking the test. Do you really think they actually hire from the outside when they have 20 current part-timers testing for 1 or 2 positions? Makes me wonder how to get on part-time. I'm sure there's probably a residency requirement. Can't win.

    That doesn't seem much like an "equal opportunity employer" to me. It's the "good ole boy employment opportunity." We have departments like that down here in North Carolina.

    I understand what your saying, but it can't hurt to take the test. And if you want to be a part timer up there just put in an application and just wait to see what happens.

    i know that its already past, but lakeland just gave a test...not sure bout the other areas around there, but i can tell ya bout the southwest part of the state...if that helps out any
