Austin FD Psych Test

For the psych test we do the written test and is that all, or do you actually sit down and talk with the psychologist? The paperwork said that the psychologist would determine if a follow-up interview is necessary and interviews would be held July 5-28. Does everyone do this interview or only the ones he determines need it?

Only the ones that got a phone call from Austin FD. The psychologist will pick some that he or she feels they need to speak with in person. I got a call......I'm worried! I would hate to make it this far just to get kicked out because they thought I answered some questions different. We will see.......
