If your dept doesn't have a site yet and you want one, you can do it for free. If you go to http://officelive.microsoft.com/ and select the basic package you can register your domain name, set up your free web site and get 5 e-mail addresses . You have to use their templates for the pages, but it is pretty easy to set up your web site if you have been wanting, but didn't want to pay for it.
