Somewhere I saw a list of things that you had to include in an excess funds amendment for a FP project. Of course I need it now and cant find it. Help. Thanks

Page 44 of the 2006 AFG Program Guidance:
i) What fire prevention efforts are you currently engaged in?
ii) Where the use of excess funds would fit within your existing efforts, if applicable.
iii) Who is the target audience for your fire prevention project and how did you identify this audience?
iv) How will you evaluate the effectiveness of the requested fire prevention project?

Also this little tidbit which was attached to the SME response to this question which contained all of what Brian stated above:
Information required:
If grantee’s request includes smoke detectors, they must include a description of how the detectors will be distributed and how they will confirm the detectors will be installed.Kurt Bradley
