I work in the HRO for the Dept of the Navy. I see that several individuals are having difficulty in applying for positions. One of my responsibilities is to train applicants in how to apply for federal positions and how to use CHART in the Department of the Navy website. An actual HRO person who wants to help? Are you new and not disillusioned yet? Just kidding, I have met several HRO folks who would bend over backwards to help someone out. Just a thought: You might get better response if you also posted in the Federal and Military forum.
