I will be moving to FL in a few weeks and leaving my Fire Department in NJ. I am looking for a volunteer department in a state where the roles are reveresed. In NJ the majority is volunteer, In FL it seems the majority is paid. The area I am in in mostly paid but seeing if anyone knows of a volunteer department around the seminole county area that possibly has duty shifts or something similar.
