Just curious--has anyone used or have seen any of these trucks in a fire/rescue application. they look kind of cool.

Not sure I would want my truck on one of those chassis.Just because it's called a throw bag, doesn't mean you throw the whole bag... you're supposed to hold onto the rope.

As one who has worked on them.......................Run far, far away from a Hino. Or anything else of that size and style, underpowered, hard to work on just junk IMHO....

those look very...
...different from what i see on the roads. those have hoods, and look nominally like an M2.

I would also recommend staying away from them. We have one that we use at a company that I work for. Not much quality built in to the truck. Availability of service and parts poor to fair.
