was hoping that somebody could share a SOP for low head dam rescue. Could really use some guidance on this one.

RFRDxplorer thanks, I had already found most of those links and was looking for more specific info on low head dam rescue. Thought maybe somebody had a SOP that we could start with and build from there.

http://www.oceanid.com/rapid_deployment_craft.html is one of the few products I have seen for low head dams, and as you can see the dam isn't flowing much in that picture.
I don't have a lot of experience with low head dams because there are none in our primary response area.
