Private Messages not sending

I attempted to respond to a Private Message which I just got and got this message:

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

The words "Technical Staff" was hyperlinked to their e-mail address at cygnus (sp?). Any idea what the deal is..? This is not the first time it has happened, but this is the longest that it prevented me from sending a message. It has also happened on two different computers as well as both Internet Explorer and Mozilla. Thanks.

Yup.. just tried again, thought maybe I was holding my mouth wrong last time.. Nope.. my PMs still won't send. Not running AOL, logged out/back in, cleared files, and was quickly reminded how computer-illiterate I am! Any ideas...
