Hi everyone,
I missed a meeting and got promoted.
Now I have some responsibilities beyond pulling hose and interior attack that I am trying to get a handle on.
We just received an incredible donation of 8 MSA SCBA and 20 tanks with various bottle types, hydro test dates and models.
Thankfully they are all the same pressure (4500 psi).
I would like to start a maintenance tracking system for these packs but I am not a real data base or spreadsheet guy.
I can use them but building them is a little daunting.
Does anyone have a pre-built spreadsheet that will have all the necessary components to track a full component of SCBA including serial numbers, model numbers, Max life(bottle), Hydro test scheduling, mask type, battery type, etc.
We are a fairly small Canadian volunteer department with no tax base so free is probably the only option.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That will cover all the bases but I would still like to do this digitally rather than have a paper log.
The reason being that I could update the Hydro test dates without having to start a whole new log and it would be nice to be able to add specific options to each pack such as baterry type for the HUD and PASS systems.
If nothing else is alreay made I think I can convert this into a spreadsheet with the options I mentioned.
Thank you for your speedy and helpful reply.
I think I am going to be visiting here regularly from now on.
