    Default NC LODD Bladen county

It is with deepest regrets and sorrow that i must announce the death of Firefighter Russell Allen, Jr. of tar heel fire in bladen county North Carolina. Firefighter Allen was in the process of checking hydrants when he was struck by a vehicle and trapped under his apparatus.

May he rest well in heaven for he has served his time in hell
