    Cool New Orleans Superdome

So tonight is the re-opening of the Superdome. Much hype about it's rebuilding and such. And I'm a little bit torn both ways.

A lot of money went into rebuilding it. A lot of NO area is still a disaster. While rebuilding the "dome" may help bring some business back to the area and may be a "morale" booster for the people living there.....would it have made more sense to spend the money elsewhere in NO?
"This thread is being closed as it is off-topic and not related to the fire industry." - Isn't that what the Off Duty forum was for?

    Default oh yea

I agree with you bones42. Normal would be if the residents had a place to live and the core buisnesses were up and running.
