Rubber band training

where is the best place to get the large rubber bands to hook onto a freeweight bar? I read an artical on them a long time ago and now I have read a second artical on them and I want to give them a try.

Anybody ever use them? Your thoughts?

Thanks for the info, there are some I was looking at on Strengthcats.com but they are not available. I bookmarked that site as well and will do some more reseach before making my purchase.
