www.dfs.dps.mo.gov Figure out what areas around Warrensburg you're looking at, then pull the FD listings off of the site I listed. It shows all the FDs registered in the state of Missouri. You may have to do a little calling, but they'll be quick to help you out with anything you want to know, I'm sure.
