Try J.J. Keller & Associates, Neenah, Wisc. (800) 558-5011 or www.jjkeller.com. Keller is the largest publishing house in the country if not the world for all kinds of stuff for the trucking industry. What they have won't be specific to fire apparatus, but trucks in general. Remember, in most cases, when we're driving down the road, we're a straight truck. The big difference would be a tractor drawn ladder. So with respect to handling, what applies to trucks applies to us, too.
Stay safe out there, everyone goes home!
