Black Jack FD... with a name like that, I hope they have some nice shirts made for the Department. If not, they're not taking full advantage of a sweet name!

That dog in the last picture doesn't look too happy.

The aforementioned law doggie didn't have to like his assignment,he just had to do it.Just like when we climb a roof to open it and instead of a whiff of our favorite brand of coffee, getting a snootful of the mesobutylbadstuffs burning inside the building.
As to the new station,I hope that it comes to good use.My old department had some serious contractor woes during the construction of our new station. Now,it's up and the people served by it are enjoying lower insurance rates and faster response times.

    Looks good.

Congratulations on the new house (and truck?).

Did they add a FH? They had 2 right? Is this #3?

Yeah this is 3 and they're building a new one for #2. It's on 67 by jamestown mall.

Speaking of contractor woe's they had the same problem here in florissant. The contractor they got at first wanted to do his own thing instead of listening to what they want so they fired him. Now the new station is open and looking good.

    Itsmy6...

I stumbled upon these pictures and thought you might like to see them, or forward them to your friends at Blackjack FD.

Former Ladder Truck of Black Jack, MO FD. Currently serving as Franklinville, NC Ladder 8.

Above photos taken by: Lee Wilson feel free to check out his site, he might have other pictures of it that didn't get posted online... OR he might be willing to forward those pictures on to Black Jack FD if you give him a contact name/e-mail address.
