Does anyone know what the test is like that is being given on Oct 31? My other question is how important is it to have a sub 8 min time on the cpat or any sub min time. If anyone can help. Thanks.

The written is straight from the book (IFSTA) and will have some EMS. We have not used the CPAT in the past and I dont believe we will this time either. The test on the 31st is just a written, if you pass you will be shceduled for a practical test, a modified combat challenge.
This is all what has been done for past tests, any changes will be new.
Good luck
