When we go into our application under our 2004 award, our 2006 award number is there. We have not been asked to update our information and have not recieved our ten questions. Whats the next step.

The reference to the 2006 is a good sign. The next step will be the 10 q's. The only ones that need to update their 1199A's are first time winners.
If there are no changes to the info on your 1199A, then the feds will use that info once an award is given and the request for funds is made.
If you have to make changes to the 1199A, you will not be able to until the award notice arrives.

Not true, We were awarded a grant in 2002 and 2003. We were asked to update our 1199a upon the appearance of a 2006 reference number. We have done so and then 3 weeks later our 10q's came through. The only ones that need to update their 1199A's are first time winners.
Just for your information.Always confident, ever vigilant.

We received awards in 2003, 2004, and 2005 and we still had to update our 1199.

If you were asked in an email on Sept 27th or so to update your 1199A you could/should have ignored it if you were previously awarded. DHS had a system burp that sent it to everyone that was inline at that time. Otherwise y'all are the only two out of all of the previous winners I know of to get asked for it with nothing changed.
You can send it if you want, but unless you actually get the Update 1199A link under the 2006 Application Status you don't have to send it. They ask in the questions if anything has changed and if it has you'll be asked to update it then.
