Good luck to all!

Well, that means the timelines aren't exactly matching up this year.
My 2004 grant has been closed out, not sure what the holdup is.

This grant was awarded 12/8/06. We never got a phone call, just saw it when it was posted on the Web.

Updated 1199A on 11/14/2006
call from DHS on 12/13/2006 asking why we had not answered the questions, answer was we never got them. On 12/12/2006 I had e-mailed the help desk asking if the questions had been sent, I was told the questions would be e-mailed if we were to receive them. I thought they might be more help. But anyway were one step closer.

Helpdesk handles tech support only. FPSs are the ones that handle application stuff like whether or not the questions got sent.
Could be worse, my company changed the name from Helpcenter to Customer Care Center. Because they can't help so they didn't want to confuse the customers, but at least they care...

Got that resume dusted off Brian?? You're getting out there a bit!! On the plus side--i read an article this morning that ex-employees are being looked on with favor to return.
earl (just razzin' you--please take no offense)

None taken. I don't work in that department. I'd pity Tech Services more, they're the ones that have to keep up with the revolving door of employees down there.

Plus I'd get fired in no time, people calling up asking where the eyes are on the printer so they can show it to the CPU since it keeps saying it can't "see" the printer... Many slaps would be delivered through the phone.

My 1199A and 10Qs were the same as yours, and I will be awarded this week as well.
