    Default Field Sheet for NFIRS

I am looking for a sheet that someone has made up with all the NFIRS information, so that it mat be entered into firehouse. We have a 3rd party investigation and I want to have a sheet that they can fill out and return, so we can finish the firehouse software

We use the NFPA Field Notes (NFPA 906 I belive). Its not exactly the same as NFIRS, but covers most of the same info.

You might try checking out the example forms in the back of NFPA 921. I'm assuming you're trying to concentrate your information on the fire investigation part of the firehouse software.
