well i just got hired with a dept next to myrtle beach and starting pay for a firefighter/emt is $25,000 year. so the pay at myrtle beach should be a little higher or the same. I dont know what the pay is for paramedics though.

Myrtle Beach FR is impossible to get on with. I've been testing there the past 2 tests and I passed everything but never hear anything, few months later I get a letter saying they will be holding another test this month sometime.
