We had 3 firefighters take the FF I & II class and all 3 passed the class and state test. We get a phone call the other day and they are advising that they can't recieve their cards until they take their NIMS training. Well all 3 have taken their NIMS training and all we had to do is fax the info. I heard this is in effect in OH if you don't have your NIMS the state holds your card.It's just another hump to get over and they wonder why no one is beating the doors down these days to become a ff or even belong to a dept.
