My wife and I will be spending a few days in Toronto this summer to catch a few baseball games and see the other sites of that fine city and I was curious which station was first due or closest to Rogers Centre?
Also, if they're not busy, do the fire fighters there mind if a vollie from the States drops in for a visit?

Stations near Rogers Centre
Thanks firefighterkid. I thought it might be 332 or 334 because of the map that is posted at www.toronto.ca/fire, but the maps are not of the greatest detail.
I also took a look at the pictures web sites. Some very good shots there. The web site owner said he was with "Box 12". What is that? Some type of support organization for the Toronto Fire Service? If it is, I have heard of other such organizations. The Rochester (NY) F.D. has their "Protectives" which are volunteers that do salvage work at all working fires in their city and I have heard of a group of fire buffs in Boston that run a mobile rehab/canteen for B.F.D. Is this along the lines of what Toronto's Box 12 is?"Your spill is our thrill."

If someone with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself, is it considered a hostage situation?

Yeah i am pretty sure that Box 12 is their rehab truck. Has drinks and sandwiches and stuff for the guys at multiple alarms. Not sure if there is just the one or more.
