Why would they? Unless it's a mechanical issue that caused the accident that can be linked directly back to the manuf. it should be a non-issue. Even then, it's still going to go back to maintainace before it goes to the manuf. Hell, from what I can see, all we know at this point is that there was an accident, with a LODD.

I agree 100% with Mikey here. Also nothing in the reports I've seen/heard so far to indicate any mechanical failure on the apparatus. The only failure was the nut holding the wheel of the SUV.

My concern is based on the statement in the articles he was thrown from the truck and then runover is leading me to believe he wasn't wearing his seatbelt. I hope I am wrong in my analysis, but you should ALWAYS wear your seatbelt. Take the time to put it on.
