It isn't really about the type of dog as much as it is about supporting a brother ... or in this case a sister (who we don't know) and a brother (who we do know).

THEY HAD TIED HER TO A TREE, AND HER COLLAR HAD CUT INTO HER NECK, HER LOVE OF PEOPLE SAVED HER LIFE AS SHE BROKE THE COLLAR ON HER RAW, OPEN NECK TO GO SEE A CONSTRUCTION WORKER.SHE HAD 7 SURGERIES TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE. THE CUT WAS DOWN TO HER TRACHEA. SINCE I HAVE HAD HER SHE HAS GAINED 20 MORE POUNDS, WITH GOING THROUGH ALL OF THAT, SHE HAS NOT LOST HER LOVE FOR HUMANS. SHE LOVES KIDS AND VISITS OUR FARM OFTEN. AS SHE DOESN'T LET THE HORROR SHE WENT THROUGH, AFFECT HER LOVE FOR PEOPLE.SHE IS MY HERO.
