Wondering if any of the latest Dear Johns went to departments that had received "unofficial" indicators that they would be funded like a 2006 award number on a previous grant , reduction letters, 10 questions , ect.
We found a 2006 award number posted to our 2004 grant in mid December and as of yet have had no further contact.
Thanks and good luck to those still in the mix

Same here Chris,
I read the other thread about new dj's and it had me running to the grant site to look for any official mail. NOthing as of right now. Maybe there is still hope. I aqhve done the 199 and 10q almost 2 months ago now.

Not us
We did not receive any of the 'unofficial' indicators before the DJ fell. Completely in Limbo before yesterday. We were one of the 'close but no cigar' crowd in this round of DJ's.

I am assuming that when they removed your award ref. number in DEC., that was an indication that you were actually not in the running?

If you are asking about our number - it was posted in December on a previous grant and is still posted there - we have been told its still under review - It is a regional communications grant . My understanding is regional coms grants require the blessing of the state officials as well, and that maybe the delay ( I hope)
