Washer/Extractor

Our department will be applying for turnout gear and a washer/extractor this year and we had a couple questions/requests.

First, we would like some help on recommendations on washer/extractors. Heard Milnor was very good but would like to look at others. What does everyone have and what do they think about it?

Second, we were considering turnout gear racks but weren't sure if it would hurt our chances with adding it, giving what we'd be already requesting funding for. What do you guys/gals think?

Third, I'd also like to see about getting some example successful narratives involving washer/extractors and turnout gear so if anyone could email me a copy, we'd greatly appreciate it.
