    Default LOOD Sharon Twp. Medina Co. Ohio-Jeff Murray

    Line of Duty
    On Tuesday February 13, 2007 Fire Fighter Jeff Murray of the Sharon
    Township Fire Department in Medina County responded to a call with the
    department during extremely adverse weather conditions. Upon returning
    home he collapsed and was unresponsive. Sharon Township Fire and EMS
    responded and transported Jeff to Medina General Hospital but he was unable
    to be revived.

    Jeff leaves a loving wife, two children, and numerous extended family. He
    was 40 years old.


    Detailed funeral arrangements will be forwarded as soon as they are
    available but the wake will be held on Saturday evening and the funeral
    will be on Sunday.

    Default Jeff Murray Memorial

    My condolences to the Murray family, the Sharon Township Fire Department, and the Medina Township Fire Department of Ohio. FireFighter Jeffery Murray, 40, a member of the Sharon Township Fire Department and a former member of the Medina Township Fire Department, died Tuesday February 13, 2007. Jeff had responded to a call during adverse weather conditions. Upon returning to his home, he collapsed and was unresponsive.
