Help - Any Brothers or Sisters from the Cleveland Area?

Hi all..... I am hoping that there might be someone out there who can help me.

My wife is currently scheduled to have some pretty major surgery at the end of March at the Cleveland Clinc. They expect her to be in the hospital for 10 - 14 days. We are from NY and leaving her alone in an out of state hospital 6 hours away is not an option for me.

I am hoping that someone might have some advise for me on how to find some place to stay for an extended period for relativly cheap (within 20 -30 mins of the Clinic).

I have talked throught it with the hospital and some local hotels and the cost of that option is just to high. I was thinking of trying to find a room or apartment to rent for just the month of April, but not sure what I am going to be able to find for only a month, and really wouldn't know where to start looking.

Any help/ information/ direction/ assistance that anyone could provide any would be GREATLY appreciated.

Scott there are a couple of budget motels (Comfort Inn, Best Western, etc) in the downtown area of Cleveland. U might try their web sites for info. Also there is a Motel 6 in Middleburg Hts & Strongsville that run about $40 a nite. They are about 30min from the Clinic depending on traffic.
