i have a misdemeanor assault (the lowest degree) it was a domestic,i was wondering if the fd will hire me,it was 5 years ago,i have no previous or post troubles,got off probation early et..(i did my time,shouldnt be punished forever and ruin my dream)honorable discharge from military,i took a recent exam and scored 96.****** and should have no trouble with cpat,should i try or just wait and get it off my record????? thanks
