    Default firetruck bar?

I tried searching, couldn't find anything sorry if this is a repeat.

I was looking for some pics of a firetruck bar. I thought it was in a fire mag recently but can't find it, or remember which mag it was in.

Some guy pulled an old firetruck out of somebodys grove and built a bar out of it, looked awesome!

    nevermind I found it

I found it in February FIRE RESCUE pages 21-22

Sandy Hook (part of Newtown, CT) has got an excellant bar in their firehouse built from a wrecked engine plus some top shelf diamond plate fabrication. I don't know if there are any pictures online.

(Before anyone asks, I have no idea if they still serve alcohol in the firehouse. I've only seen the bar while doing in-service classes there.)

I built a Fire engine in my game room, when your at the bar it appears you are riding the "Beaver tail" lots of lights, diamond plate, hose beds, ladder, hard suctions etc.( the backup horn even works for when its time for everyone to go home)The tapper handles are nozzles. The refrigerator has been decaled to look like an ambulance parked next to it. It was featured in our local paper as a "Manspace"

Saw the one in Fire/Rescue very nice.

Geez, Chief... You can't post something like that and not post pictures! Sounds great but could you show us, please!

Yes it was in the NY FANSY magazine. The guy put a whole engine company truck in his basement tires and everything, Pump panel Ect. Brought down in peices and put it together in his basement. Pretty cool theirs not 1 part of the engine that is missing.

Do we have a link to the magazine article??

I think everyone needs to post pics if they have their own little "man land"....

I bet that he has pipe laid from the beverage supply up to the outlet on the connection, the cover on the connection isn't holding back hundreds of gallons of your beverage of choice.

He must be a great salesman...

on a side note- this bar cost slightly less then NOFD makes in a year, if I remember it was in the area of $15k give or take a few...

But damn, the funneling you could do from them...

Really cool bar -- I've seen a bunch of just the front ends, never this though!
