    Default I got the job

    i would just like to thank everyone on this forum for the quality advice they offer. i just recieved my phone call with my conditional job offer for fort worth fire department and i am overly exited. it is all still sinking in. thanks a million to everyone.

    Congrats!! I envy you to no end.

    If I was 20 years younger (I am 38) I'd be doing things a lot differently. That is going to school for a fire related degree.

    Trevor,
    Congratulations on employment with Fort Worth. I used to live in Plano, so I know Fort Worth fairly well, great city. I also want to thank you for the information you gave me about OSU Fire Protection program. I am really considering doing that. Good luck in Fort Worth and stay safe.
