Milwaukee
i have heard from people now this is only word of mouth, but they have said that Milwaukee is going to be starting an eligibility list. Can anyone make definate approval of this?

It says on Milwaukee's website they should be testing this year. So... ya...

That's good news about Milwaukee. If I don't make it through the entire process at Madison, which I heard will probably not happen since I'm a white male, Milwaukee would definitely be my top choice in WI.

Superior will be testing this fall, HR is not taking applications yet but they sould start soon... Duluth is also testing this fall, They use to let applicants send a self addressed envolope to their HR and they would sent a application when it opens, not sure if they still do but it might be worth the 40 cents to give it a try....... let them know it is for fire apps...

Someone on the current list told me that their looking to put one more class through. I guess they've hired like 1/3 of what they usually do on a list. Makes sense I guess. Less fires these days which means firefighters can usually work longer.

Thanks guys...everywhere seemed to have just finished taken apps so a lot of places im SOL. Oh well better luck when i get out of the academy i guess
