Default George Carlin's Solution to Save Gas

    Makes sense to me!!

George Carlin's Solution to Save Gasoline

Bush wants us to cut the amount of gas we use. The best way to stop Using
so much gas is to deport 11 million illegal immigrants! That would be 11
million less people using our gas. The price of gas would come down. Bring
our troops home from Iraq to guard the border. When they catch an illegal
immigrant crossing the border, hand him a canteen, rifle and some ammo and
ship him to Iraq . Tell him if he wants to come to America then he must
serve a tour in the military.

Give him a soldier's pay while he's there and tax him on it. After his tour, he will be allowed to become a citizen since he defended this country. He will also be registered to be taxed and be a legal patriot. This option will probably deter illegal immigration and provide a solution for the troops in Iraq and the aliens trying to make a better life for themselves. If they refuse to serve, ship them to Iraq anyway, without the canteen, rifle or ammo. Problem solved. If you think this is a good solution to both the problems, forward it to your friends.

    I just did.

Can't we just send them home and not hand them machine guns?
Even the burger-flippers at McDonald's probably have some McWackers.

www.snopes.com says George Carlin is not the author of this piece. It also says George Carlin is given credit for many pieces like this that he has nothing to do with.

I don't care if it isn't Carlins piece directly I still like the way he tells it in his form of sarcasm. Carlin and Robin Williams are my two favorites.

You'd love Tim Wilson. He's really topical and even while making you laugh your spleen out,it also makes you think.

Kiwi land doesn't have this problem.

    A. It is a bleeding big swim to get here.

    B. Most of the "Boat Peoples" boats either hit Australia or the bottom first.

Just out curiosity does Kiwi land have all in-store signs in dual languages?

And I don't care if it's from Carlin or not, it's a good thought. Like a sinking ship full of lawyers.

Also agree on Tim Wilson. He's got some great stuff on the X-rated XM channel.

    Govt departments, hospitals etc do.

    Shops NO, English.

And for the confused out there.

Penguins = South Pole, long swim (and yes we do have them in our waters, we see heaps when out fishing)

Polar Bears = North Pole, bloomin heroic swim. If I saw one of them while out fishing I would throw the poor sod a fish.
