Default Mandatory Retirement Age / Testing

    Hey Everyone,

I work for a large metropolitain career fire department with 2000+ members. Presently are mandatory retirement age is 60 with no physical or medical testing after being hired.

I'd like to hear from some other career departments on what your retirement age is. Are there any other large departments that allow members to work past 60? Do you require physical or medical testing at some point?

How do you guys feel about it.
