I'm announcing, along with my latest Firehouse.Com article, the introduction of my all new programming for firefighters. This methodology is based on years of hands on training with FDNY recruits, candidates, as well as senior firefighters.
Also dubbed "running with weights", this programming will prepare you for exactly what you'll see on a daily basis as a working firefighter. The best way to get familiar with the program is to check out Firehouse.Com's latest Fitness Article.

In a nutshell, full body "big" exercises (IE: squat press) are performed to "time", and one after the other (sometimes will "smaller" exercise in between). The article breaks it down further.
