Will be posted either this afternoon or at the same time as opening. And if not, not like we can't get a headstart and punch in all the non-project specific stuff. I've got over 120 complete to be entered as soon as it opens and will have another pile done real soon. On the pace to have over 500 hands-on, written from scratch apps done in the next 30 days not counting what I'm reviewing/tweaking for people writing their own, so I don't want to hear any excuses from any of y'all about being rushed.

Anyone else find it ironic that it's the same day as CFSI's fire seminars on the Hill (and in the "free time" attendees are encouraged to meet with their Congressman/woman/Senators) and the 19th Annual National Fire and Emergency Services Dinner?

Guess I used the wrong quote from a movie. Shoulda stay Mel Brooks, can't go wrong with that.
"Comb the desert. Comb the desert!"
"Is this what he meant?"
"He said comb the desert. You men find anything?"
"Man we ain't found $!"

Typo?
So, did I miss something or are they funding emergency management instead of emergency medical?DHS PROVIDES MORE THAN $490 MILLION TO AMERICA'S FIREFIGHTERS
WASHINGTON - The U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced today the start of the fiscal year 2007 application period for the Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) program. More than $492.3 million will be awarded this year to fire departments and nonaffiliated emergency management organizations across the nation, bringing the total provided through this program since 2004 to roughly $2.2 billion.

I know I'm a little late to jump on the bandwagon...but hey...it's been a busy morning. Anyway....MAYDAY MAYDAY MAYDAY....deploy the RIT...I'm outta breath...good thing we put them on stand-by yesterday. And don't worry Dr. Clark...I didn't forget my LUNAR...I feel guilty enough taking up space for this post...didn't want to throw all that in there as well.
