I am looking for anyone that has used, is using, or has played with the Global Secure Rescue Pac system. Our city is not interested in providing a Dive team and we are looking for some alternatives. Is this an effective option? Is it user friendly, and practical for actual deployment? Is it worth having a demonstration even? Thank you for your help?

You might check another Public Safety Diving forum where this topic was discussed (different model, same concept).
