FDNY911GOLF -
Thank you for your information. It goes to show that the FDNY brothers are some of the best and bravest in the country.
I wish Rosies producers would either shut her BIG FAT MOUTH up or bring on some experts and FF's that were there to give the true events of what occured on that day. But I am sure that will happen about the same time that the real Easter Bunny shows up to deliver all of the goodies.![]()
Again, Thanks
T.J.

Forgive me, but I am about to paraphrase a line from "Backdraft"...
I believe that Rosie has "seen her career dissipation light go into overdrive" and made that outlandish statement in an attempt to boost ratings for the View, henceforth, keeping her job on the show.
I met Kevin O'Brien on Tuesday... he was at my firehouse dropping off info about the FDNY 911 Golf outing. He is the real deal.
I would love to see him point/counterpoint her about WTC 7... but then, it would be a battle of wits with an unarmed and uniformed opponent!

I would like to suck myself to her tax bracket.
You're the wrong sex to that in this instance, Rough.

My comments when I saw the tapes was similar"This ain't happenin',man, this ain't ****in' happenin'."To this day,I cannot watch scenes of the planes going in or the buildings collapsing without being shocked by it.
Like someone else said about self appointed experts, how is it that none of them know that one and a half times a building's height is the rule of thumb for determining a collapse zone?I've never seen Ground Zero but using 1,100 feet for a rough guess on the buildings' heights, anything or anyone within 1650 feet of either WTC building is in danger of getting hit by falling debris.
How is it that this woman cannot figure out that buildings can be damages and not checked out due to the responders having their hands full with other concerns?

If you want to hear this for yourself, here is a link to that episode of the View:

Save yourself the headache and go straight to the six minute mark to hear the pigs theories on structural collapse.
The blonde is the only one there that seems to have any common sense.

I wonder how many people that she used to work with are happy about how she runs off at the mouth over things she has no clue about:Penny Marshall lost a job because of her mouth, all the people at the magazine she took over and renamed after herself lost their jobs when it tanked due to low readership(there's a comment I could make),I could go on for another two or three words,I guess.
If I or anyone here runs off about things we don't know thing one about,it doesn't have too many implications. She runs off and people think because she's smart enough to fool a TV producer, that she really knows something about what she's talking about.
As Tim Wilson says about her"Yeah, let's give a fat woman a TV show. That's a good idea."

What is truly scary, is reading the comments on the clip on YouTube, of all the people that agree with Rosie, and think the government blew up not only building 7, but the twin towers themselves. It's not like they used what ended up being inferior steel, which was kept superhot during the post impact fires, and well above it's structural failure rate, after sustaining a massive impact from an airplane which knocked a lot of the fireproofing off the beams themselves. Or that the free burning for hours, witnessed by several FDNY firefighters watching building 7 could in any way have led to a collapse. We all know buildings only collapse when bombs go off!
Stupid people make me want to cry sometimes.
